在我們的想法和感覺中，許多逝者正將我們拉向他們，占據我們。
同時，可以感受到另一種移動。
這些逝者想在我們體內活著，而不是真正死去。
他們往死亡的移動沒有完成，我們也無法自行從他們那解脫出來。
決定性的移動：我們只向前看。
我們只向前思考，只向前生活。
可以說，我們滑出了舊皮膚，滑出了我們舊的“死皮”，向前移動，向前進入廣闊的空間。
我們以不同的深度向前移動，就像被神聖力量移動著，走向更多的生命、更好的健康、更大的熱情、更充實的愛——倆倆相伴。
而我們留在身後的那些逝者怎麼了？
他們終於閉上了眼睛——他們所有人。」

在薩滿與家排的探索中，常常，我們會看見死者在很多程度上仍繼續影響著生者，繼續透過生者在這世界上存續著，於是，生者帶著死者仍有的情緒–悲傷、無力、憤怒、恐懼、驚慌…- 為他們發聲，但是，這樣並不能讓死者真正得到平靜，也無法讓生者好好地活在世界上，更別說活出自己。
要放下死者向前走，有時候，並不是容易的事，尤其那些我們一生摯愛的家人、伴侶、孩子、手足…有時候，我們想要為其他無法從死亡中走出來的家人分擔他們的痛苦，於是，我們將自己的生命能量無限制地借給痛苦的家人，然而，我們卻忘記，每個人與死亡間的功課是屬於他們自己的，沒有任何其他人能夠為他們承擔，或是代做他們的功課，每個人都必須自己面對死亡隨之而來的悲痛與責任。
生命向前走，水往低處流。
在我們看見逝者，在心中給他們一個位置之後，就需要回過頭來，繼續往前走，有一天，我們會再見，但在那之前，我們需要在生命路途中，繼續向前走，為逝者榮耀著生命的每時每刻。

“We feel in our body and in our feelings, how we are pulled to the dead.
How in our thoughts and in our feelings many dead are taking us into possession – to them.
Along with there is another movement perceivable.
These deceased want to live within, instead of being dead.
The movement to their own dead did not succeed, and we cannot free ourselves from them ourselves.
How comes the decisive movement: We only look forward.
We only think forward, live only forward.
We slip, so to speak, out of our old skin, out of our old ‘deadskin’, and we move forward, forwards and into the vastness.
We move with a different depth, further along, as if taken along by a divine life movement, towards more life, better health, more passion, greater fulfilled love – two by two.
And what do the deceased that we have left behind us do?
They finally close their eyes – all of them.”
