火儀式是美洲印地安人傳承下來非常有力量的儀式，通常用來釋放源自於過去，不再能替自己帶來益處的能量與牽絆，在火儀式中，釋放並騰出空間設下新的意念，在火儀式當中，我們可以釋放不快樂的回憶、恐懼、負面情緒，或是任何我們硬抓住，但卻已不再適合靈魂更高目的的能量，當我們站在火前，這些不能帶給我們益處的能量與舊的模式都丟到火裡去，燒得乾乾淨淨，藉著火而淨化，這時候，我們在靈魂層面上得到了極大的療癒。
